The Role of job Characteristics and Job roles in predicting job enthusiasm

The aim of the study was to evaluate the characteristics of the job and job roles in predicting job enthusiasm Darab city were teachers. The population of the study, 300 male and female teachers in secondary schools in the academic year 94-1393 was Darab city. Among the community of 174 teachers using a sampling table Grjsy and Morgan were selected as examples and appropriate adaptive sampling. The research method was descriptive correlational. To measure the variables of career passion Salanva and Shvfly Inventory Inventory Stephen potential motivation that Rob Oldham and Hackman was developed based on job characteristics and job roles questionnaire to measure workplace factors Mirhashemi (1389), was used. That the validity and reliability of the questionnaire in order to confirm the Nzranrsydh and reliability coefficient 0.87, 0.87 and 0.71 is. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and their reliability coefficients were 0.87, 0.87 and 0.71 is. Data using descriptive statistic (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics Hayamar (Pearson correlation, regression and multiple simultaneous one-sample t-test) were analyzed. The results obtained showed a positive relationship between the characteristics of employment and job enthusiasm and significant negative relationship between job roles and job enthusiasm and meaningful. The results also showed that the features job roles can be meaningful predicted of job they enthusiasm
