Low cost high-speed steel

This invention is low cost high-speed steel. The main alloying elements are C, Cr, Si, Mn, W. Then adding a little Mo, V, and Al can make the product with high wearability, toughness and red hardness, as well as excellent heat processing character. It can not easily be quench-cracking. It can substitute normal hHigh-speed steel to produce cutting tools, die and wear parts used under high temperature. The expensive alloy elements of Mo, V, and W are added less, so it is relatively cheap.
