Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Novel Alkyl Amide Functionalized Trifluoromethyl Substituted Pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine Derivatives as Potential Anticancer Agents.

The title compounds (V), (VII), and (IX) are synthesized starting from amine (I) via selective N-alkylation with bromoacetate (II), followed by reaction with various primary aliphatic amines, cyclic secondary amines amino acids.
