The invention provides a liquid crystal panel which comprises an array substrate, a color film substrate opposite to the array substrate, and a polaroid. The polaroid comprises a body and an extending part. The body and the extending part are covered with transparent conductive glue. The body is attached to the side, away from the array substrate, on the color film substrate through the transparent conductive glue. The extending part extends out of the color film substrate. A grounding point is arranged on the array substrate. The extending part is connected with the grounding point in an adhesive mode through the transparent conductive glue to form a discharge circuit. The extending part is adhered to the grounding point through the transparent conductive glue to replace conductive silver paste so that the technical effects of simplifying the manufacturing technology, improving grounding stability and lowering production cost can be achieved.
