The invention discloses a post-disaster emergency rescue energy-saving barracks which comprises a barracks base supporting ring, a barracks main framework connected with the barracks base supporting ring and two thin film layers arranged inside and outside the barracks main framework respectively. A stability sensor and a thermal-insulation device are fixed on the barracks main framework, and a lifting device is arranged at the bottom of the barracks base supporting ring; the barracks base supporting ring comprises a circular supporting ring which is fixedly connected with the barracks base supporting ring, a warp-wise semicircular telescopic framework and a weft-wise semicircular telescopic framework which are connected with the circular supporting ring and a framework connecting piece which is arranged among the warp-wise semicircular telescopic framework, the weft-wise semicircular telescopic framework and the circular supporting ring and fixedly connected with the warp-wise semicircular telescopic framework, the weft-wise semicircular telescopic framework and the circular supporting ring simultaneously. According to the post-disaster emergency rescue energy-saving barracks, the structure is simple, the operation, the installation and the usage are convenient, the occupied space at ordinary times is small, the space size is large after installation, and a better effect is achieved in the aspects of resisting wind, resisting rain and keeping warm.
