The dirt removing device comprises a hair brush and a vibrator, wherein a brush head of the hair brush is in contact with the the local part of clothes; and the vibrator is connected with the hair brush to drive the hair brush to vibrate. According to the dirt removing device provided by the invention, dirt on the clothes is removed by vibration of the hair brush under a preset frequency, so that damage to the clothes is low. Moreover, the dirt on the local part of the clothes can be subjected to fixed-point washing by the dirt removing device, the clothes do not need to be integrally put into washing equipment to be washed and rapid cleaning of the dirt on the local part of the clothes can be implemented.
