Analysis of the Motion Characteristics of the Elbow-Type High-Speed Punch Slider Based on ADAMS

Aiming at the movement of the main slider of high-speed punching machine, the Adams software is used to regard the connecting rod in the mechanism as a flexible body, establish a simplified model of rigid-flexible coupling of the transmission system, simulate the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the main slider, and study the dynamic balance block pair. The balance effect of the dynamic balance block on the main slider is studied. Through the test of the main slider of the punching machine, the rationality of the simulation results is verified, which provides reference for the retrofit design and new product development of the same type of high-speed punching machine.
