Agriculture information spreading is the key to decide the modern agriculture informatization developing.The agriculture informatization construction has gained step effects,however,Heilongjiang,as the big agricultural province,has a low-speed information spreading and imbalance development.In order to change the imbalance state,we have to start from the factor of information spreading,strengthen information resource conformity,reinforce the construcion of agriculture information army,so as to enhance the whole level of agriculture informatization construction in our country.
