Anterior Skull Base Meningioma

A 62 year old female was referred with a 4 year history of multiple intracranial meningiomas. She had undergone multiple previous open resections (for lateral sphenoid wing and anterior falcine meningiomas). Her serial MRI scan follow up demonstrated rapid enlargement of her planum sphenoidale lesion (Figs. 34.1 and 34.2).
