Supporting device for treatment of femoral head necrosis

2015
The invention discloses a supporting device for the treatment of femoral head necrosis, and the device comprises a supporting apparatus and a bone fracture plate. The supporting apparatus comprises a head part, a body part, and a tail part. The head part is a bent hemisphere with gyrus, and the body part is cylindrical. The head part, the body part and the tail part are connected to form a body, and the interior of the body is hollow. The walls of the head part and the body part are provided with a plurality of hexagonal hollow-out through holes, and the inner walls of the tail part and the body part are provided with a mesh support. A hollow pipe of the body part extends outwards from the tail part. The bone fracture plate is matched with a femur, and is provided with a sleeve. During an operation, a necrotic bone tissue is removed at first, so as to place the supporting apparatus. The hollow pipe extends to the interior of the sleeve of the bone fracture plate, and bone putty is injected in the mesh support. A flow guide cable is buried in the hollow inner cavity of the supporting apparatus. The device improves the fixing of the bone fracture plate, enables a patient to bear a load and recover in advance, and achieves the treatment of femoral head necrosis from the pathology of blood supply improvement and the reduction of bone core pressure.
