It is currently difficult to maintain building system to have an optimum operational state according to various situations. Therefore, energy inefficient problem occurs and the need for energy reduction has increased requirement for BEMS(Building Energy Management System). We have installed a smart ventilation system in the underground car park. It transfers data of carbon monoxide concentration and to determine if the vehicle go out from building or incoming. The stepwise operation system is applied to use efficient energy according to the concentration of carbon monoxide while maintaining a comfortable air quality.
