Modifications during tooth development, can cause changes in the number of teeth disposed on bow. The hiperdontia or supernumerary teeth, are defined by the existence of an increase in the normal number of teeth, developing the maxilla or mandible and in any location. His presence may imply changes in position with adjacent teeth and allied to it, the malocclusion. Usually the diagnosis is made by routine radiographic examination and sometimes there is a need to use localization techniques to better radiographic visualization of supernumerary element an adjacent structures. This paper presents a case report, showing a rare condition in an on-syndromic patient, with 10 supernumerary teeth. We conclude that the hiperdontia is a relatively common condition, however rare syndrome is associated with, and before its implications deserve an early diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
