Year Prediction of Next Shifting of World’s Scientific Center Based on Yuasa Phenomenon and Data via ASF Method

The transfer of science and technology center is of great importance to many countries in the world because science and technology are the primary productive forces and also the important embodiment of comprehensive national strength. In this paper, according to the Yuasa phenomenon, we use the ASF (addition-and-subtraction frequency) method, which is based on the commensurability method, to predict the possibility of the transfer of scientific center in the future, as well as the time and its possible impact.
