A systematization of experiences was done to document changes in the clinical education component of a physical therapy undergraduate program. Using a methodological approach of five stages described by Jara (beginning points, key questions, process reconstruction, reflection and end points), faculty and students helped documenting the experience. Data collection used documental review, questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Results included documentation of process, identification of underlying theories, a new theoretical model and strategies to improvement.
