Fingerprint sensing device

A fingerprint sensing device comprises a plurality of sensing units. Each sensing unit includes a reading element, a sensing element, a luminous element and a diode. The luminous element and the reading element are electrically connected. The luminous element is arranged opposite to the sensing element, and the luminous element includes a first anode, a first cathode and a luminescent layer located between the first anode and the first cathode. The diode includes a second anode, a second cathode and a semiconductor layer located between the second anode and the second cathode. The second anode is electrically connected with the first cathode of the luminous element, and the second cathode is electrically connected with the first anode of the luminous element.
