Results of tribotesting "trivalent" chromium coatings with different microhardness in a dry mechanical friction are represented. The influence of metal oxides nanoparticles (Аl 2 O 3 , ZrO 2 ), salts of molybdenum & vanadium, added to the oxalate-sulfate electrolyte chromium on wear and friction properties of coatings are investigated.
