The NC system Reforming of MC1600 machining center

The NC system reforming procedure with 840D on machining center is introduced in this paper Characteristics of 840D and installtion of modules and structure of PLC program are analyzed?In addition, initialization of 840D and adjustment data of machine center as well as the configuration of drives are described.
