Summary of hadron theory parallel sessions

Two sessions were organized by Ed Berger and myself. One session was entitled ‘‘Properties of Quarks and Gluons’’ and dealt mainly with properties of the Q.C.D. Lagrangian, and some of its low energy states, the vacuum and glueballs, in various approximations. The other session entitled ‘‘Structure of Nucleons’’ dealt with phenomenological issues. Only this second session will be discussed and summarized below.
