A dehumidifying device for electrical distribution boxes is mainly composed of a case, a dehumidifying and radiating device mounted in the case, and a partition plate. The case includes a case body and an upper cover matched with the case body. The case body is internally provided with a radiating chamber, a condensation chamber and a control chamber, wherein the control chamber is arranged in a front cavity of the box body, and the radiating chamber and the condensation chamber are arranged side by side in a rear cavity of the box body. The dehumidifying and radiating device includes a semiconductor refrigerating sheet, a condensing sheet, a fan, a radiating fin, and a circulating air duct, wherein the condensing sheet is arranged in the condensation chamber, the fan and the radiating fin are arranged in the radiating chamber, the semiconductor refrigerating sheet is arranged between the condensation chamber and the radiating chamber, the cold end of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet is connected with the condensing sheet, the hot end of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet is connected with the radiating fin, and the fan is arranged to face the radiating fin. The partition plate is used for separating the condensation chamber from the radiating chamber and preventing temperature conduction between the condensation chamber and the radiating chamber. The semiconductor refrigerating sheet passes through the partition plate.
