Microsensor for detecting D-amino acids

Microelectrode for measuring the concentration of a D-amino acid, said microelectrode comprising: - at least one D-amino acid oxidase (DAAO) a yeast or a microorganism, for oxidation of said D-amino acid in at least one compound B, - means for optimizing detecting said compound B, said means being means for the catalysis of the oxidation of compound B, and - means for reducing interferences due to the oxidation of species other than compound B, wherein the means for reducing interferences are limiting oxidation of the various compounds of compound B that can be oxidized by the electrode.
