Such a cooking utensil comprising a pot, a first metal-ceramic composite layer having magnetic properties and a second metal-ceramic composite layer having heat conductive properties. The pot has an outer bottom surface. A first metal-ceramic composite layer disposed on the outer bottom surface of the pot body. The second metal-ceramic composite layer disposed on the first metal-ceramic composite layer. Such cookware is suitable for gas stove and cooker.
