Two-freedom-degree upper limb rehabilitation training device

2015
The invention provides a two-freedom-degree upper limb rehabilitation training device. The two-freedom-degree upper limb rehabilitation training device comprises a base, a chair, a vertical position adjustment mechanism, a left side upper limb rehabilitation training mechanism and a right side upper limb rehabilitation training mechanism. The two upper limb rehabilitation training mechanisms are each provided with a linear guide rail arranged in the front and back direction and a slide block. A guide rail clamping device is arranged on the left side upper limb rehabilitation training mechanism. When the guide rail clamping device is in the released state, an upper limb on one side of a patient moves forwards and backwards so that an upper limb on the other side of the patient can be driven to synchronously move forwards and backwards. The upper limb rehabilitation training mechanisms are in transmission through four pairs of bevel gears with the crossed axis angle of 90 degrees and the transmission ratio of 1 to 1. A brake is arranged on a left rotating shaft of the left side upper limb rehabilitation training mechanism. When the brake is opened, the front end of the upper limb on one side of the patient draws circles, and the front end of the upper limb on the other side of the patient draws circles in the opposite direction. By controlling the guide rail clamping device and the brake, the patient can select one or two types of movement according to the conditions of himself or herself.
