Методология исследования сексуальности: от З. Фрейда до М. Фуко

In the article, methodologies developed by S. Freud and M. Foucault in their investigation of sexuality are analyzed. S. Freud’s view of sexuality focuses on vitalistic and individualistic character of sexuality, which is subject to restriction by social normalization. M. Foucault, on the other hand, regards sexuality as an inseparable component of the subjectivity, which is constituted in its totality by the discursive order that subjects it to control of the power-knowledge system.
