Corrosion inhibitor single-ball pre-filming system and method of remote large-diameter gas collection pipeline

The invention discloses corrosion inhibitor single-ball pre-filming system and method of a remote large-diameter gas collection pipeline. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted corrosion inhibitor injection system, a pipe cleaning valve ball sending system, a pipe cleaning valve ball receiving system and a corrosion inhibitor recycling system. Compared with the prior art, the corrosion inhibitor single-ball pre-filming system and method of the remote large-diameter gas collection pipeline have the active effects that (1) a process is simple: gas pressure is controlled so that an operation speed of a pre-filming ball is controlled, and corrosion inhibitor pre-filming is carried out on the pipeline; in match with equipment, the operation is more convenient; the equipment can be repeatedly utilized in a plurality of stations, so that a lot of capital construction investment and operation management cost is saved; (2) the system and the method are safe and reliable: an operation flow of emptying with pressure, blowing off, gathering slug flow and the like is provided and safe and stable operation of a process flow and equipment in the station is guaranteed; and (3) the investment is saved: the system and the method depend on ball sending and receiving barrels or a pipe cleaning valve of the station and have high adaptability, and new large equipment does not need to be built so that the investment can be saved and the operation is convenient.
