Electrostatic discharge protection circuit, bias circuit and electronic device

The invention discloses an electrostatic discharge protection circuit, a bias circuit and an electronic device. The Electrostatic discharge protection circuit comprises a clamping unit, a trigger unit and a control unit. The trigger unit comprises an input end and an output end and is used for triggering the clamping unit. The control unit receives a voltage transformation enabling signal to start the trigger unit, and starting or closing of the current discharge channel in the clamping unit is determined. When the voltage transformation enabling signal is a low-voltage electrical level, the trigger unit can start the current discharge channel of the clamping unit to protect the bias circuit and avoid damage caused by instantaneous high voltage generated by static electricity.
