SYMPTOMATIC IMPROVEMENT WITH MITRACLIP THERAPY FOR PROHIBITIVELY HIGH-RISK DMR PATIENTS

Percutaneous mitral valve repair using the transcatheter MitraClip device is a novel therapy recently FDA approved for patients with severe degenerative mitral regurgitation (DMR) who are at prohibitive risk for surgery. We herein report the results of an ongoing single-center post-market series in
