MO001 LOW-FREQUENCY ELECTRICAL STIMULATION (LFES) IN MUSCLE ATTENUATES MUSCLE ATROPHY INDUCED BY CKD - A POTENTIALTREATMENT STRATEGY

2were significantly associated both with the serum levels of ALT and triglyceride, the combination supposed to be a marker for fatty liver. Conclusions: In early CKD, oxidative stress increased in adipose tissue presumably due to IS accumulation and AhR activation. The oxidative stress-induced aberrant nitric oxide and ADMA metabolism in the adipose tissue initiated the metabolic derangement in early stage of CKD. We finally uncovered the presence of the relationship between renal funciton and fatty liver phenotype in CKD patients suggesting ectopic lipid accumulation in CKD patients.
