The invention provides a micro-vibration isolation and absorption combined damping device used for a satellite flywheel. The micro-vibration isolation and absorption combined damping device comprises an upper platform and the like. Three rectangular bosses are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the upper platform and used for being connected with vibration absorption device joint pieces; three trapezoid corners which are evenly distributed are arranged on the upper platform in the circumferential direction and located on the symmetrical faces of the adjacent rectangular bosses, and a plurality of first light holes with the diameter of 3.3 mm are formed in the trapezoid corners and used for being connected with upper joint pieces. Three grooves which are evenly distributed are formed in a lower platform in the circumferential direction and used for being connected with lower joint pieces. Vibration isolator assemblies are formed by combining the upper joint pieces, vibration isolators, movable pieces, damping layers, fixed pieces and linings. The upper platform and the lower platform are connected through the lower joint pieces and the vibration isolator assemblies. Vibration absorption device assemblies are formed by connecting tuning mass blocks and vibration absorption device elastic units. By means of the micro-vibration isolation and absorption combined damping device, the micro-vibration responses caused when the flywheel runs on orbit can be remarkably reduced, and the stability, reliability and safety of high-accuracy sensitive loads on a satellite during on-orbit running are ensured.
