임신중 발견된 HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus) 감염 4례

In this report, four cases of Human Immunodeficiency Virus-infected mothers in pregnancy are described. These patients are rare in Korea, but will be increasing because currently, AIDS patients are increasing sharply and eighty-four percent of female AIDS patients are within reproductive age. Management of pregnant women with HIV infectionor AIDS should follow the established guidelines for antiretroviral therapy, prevention and treatment of vertical transmission of HIV infection. We present four cases of HIV-infected mothers in pregnancy with a brief review and related literatures.
