Technology Reform of Cleaner Production Upgrading on Large Gantry Boring and Milling Machine with Cold Wind Cutting

This paper introduced the technical reform achievements aiming at cleaner production of a XHA2140 gantry machining center,elaborated the characteristics of cold wind cutting technology and its role in cleaner production upgrading by researching cases,and described both environmental and economic benefits achieved by the plant by implementing cleaner technology upgrading to another 6 sets of machines based on cold wind cutting technology.
