The perforated plate type sound absorption diffuser is characterized in that a micro-hole perforated plate and a perforated plate are arranged on a diffuser disc, a first air cavity is formed between the micro-hole perforated plate and the perforated plate, the diffuser disc is installed in an annular clamping groove in the end of a machine shell, and a second air cavity is naturally formed between the perforated plate and the end of the machine shell. According to the sound absorption diffuser of the structure, pneumatic noise of the impeller machine can be effectively lowered.
