Soft low-smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding elastomer modified material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a soft low-smoke halogen-free inflaming retarding elastomer modified material. The material is characterized by comprising the following basic formulas in percentage by weight: 50%-60% of elastomer resin, 25%-35% of expansion type flame retardant, 1.5%-3.0% of inflaming retarding synergist, 5.0%-10% of compatilizer, 0.4%-0.6% of surface modifier, 0.1%-0.3% of drippage resisting agent, 0.4%-0.7% of antioxidant, 1.2%-1.5% of lubricating agent and 2.0%-3.0% of other auxiliaries, wherein the elastomer resin is one or any combination of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, an ethylene propylene diene rubber and a polypropylene elastomer.
