The invention discloses an environment-friendly controllable degradable film filled with high calcium carbonate. The environment-friendly controllable degradable film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of function masterbatch, 20 to 25 parts of polyvinyl, 1 to 5 parts of a degradable induction period conditioning agent, and 0 to 5 parts of carbon black; the function masterbatch comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75 to 80 parts of super-fine calcium carbonate, 10 to 15 parts of high density polyethylene, 5 to 8 parts of starch, 5 to 7 parts of EVA, and a photosensitizer accounting for 0.1 to 1% of high density polyethylene by weight. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly controllable degradable film filled with high calcium carbonate. Compared with the prior art, the film provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, environmental friendliness, degradability and good combination property.
