Multifunctional electrical energy information concentrator and communication method thereof

The invention relates to a multifunctional electric energy information concentrator and a communication method thereof. The multifunctional electric energy information concentrator comprises a data processing module, a communication MCU module, a board band carrier module, a high-speed narrow band carrier module, a 2.4G wireless module and a 470M wireless module, wherein the board band carrier module, the high-speed narrow band carrier module, the 2.4G wireless module and the 470M wireless module are connected with the communication MCU module. The communication mode of the concentrator supports a carrier and a wireless communication channel at the same time; the carrier can be one of the board band carrier or the high-speed narrow band carrier; the wireless can be one of the 2.4G or 470M; one of the carrier or the wireless is appointed as a main channel, and the other is appointed as a standby channel. Two channels of totally different characteristics are used for transmitting data so as to play the respective advantage of the two channels, and greatly improve the robustness, the reliability and the real-time of meter reading data transmission.
