Effect of Different Textures on Different Gluten Wheat Yields and Qualities in Chao Soil

2009
Field experiments were carried out in Chao soil of different texture from 2003-2005. Effects of the different textures on the physiological characters, protein, yield and quality of the strong gluten (zhengmai 9023), middle gluten (Yumai 49-986), weak gluten(Yumai 50)wheat were studied. The results showed that the NRA of the first piece of lamina was comparative calm in the growth with the content of clay granule increased in chao soil, and it was higher in the evening of the growth. The ability of the chlorophyll fluorescence conducting electron was enhanced. Capability of photosynthesis was proved. The strong gluten (zhengmai 9023) and middle gluten (Yumai 49-986) wheat could get higher protein content in the middle texture soil, protein yield, and the flour and dough quality of them was better. But them of the weak gluten wheat (Yumai 50) was better in light grit soil than in others.
