Descontinuidade da vacinação no primeiro ano de vida: busca ativa como estratégia do enfermeiro gerente

Vaccination, by its importance takes a privileged space and management model of health care with epidemiological approach centered on the quality of life of people and their environment, and in relations between health staff and community. The nursing management both in hospitals and in collective health consists of skills for implementation of appropriate strategies for the aspirations of the Organization and its managers. The Manager makes use of tools for the implementation of its activities, being the active search an example. Before this, this research has as its object of study the performance of professional nursing in active pursuit of absentees less than one year. Aims to demonstrate how this professional may be able to contribute to the vaccination strategy, identify their strategies for the realization of active search of absentees under one year, describe nursing practices and routines in the guidance on the importance of vaccination in the vaccine and other environment and understand the flow of vaccines in under a year. For theoretical work was carried out on bibliographic data collection through an integrative review of literature in the databases of the Virtual Health Library, specifically the bases of SCIELO, MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS BDENF and searching for articles, theses and dissertations published. It is a descriptive, qualitative research approach. The subjects were the professionals in the clinic of Regional Polyclinic of Largo da Batalha. The interviews were evaluated through content analysis proposed by Bardin. The Registry Drives have been identified and grouped for its discussion, resulting: The dynamics for active search and their strategies; The importance of vaccination and its continuity when and how to perform it, and finally, The professional look and their contributions. It is concluded that active search is performed in the unit, allows the promotion of health, the merger between assistance and manages and carries the personal responsibility and professional collective.
