The present invention relates to a strengthened glass manufacturing apparatus and a strengthened glass manufacturing method using chemical strengthening. According to the present invention, a plate glass is pre-heated by raised the temperature phase by phase in primary and secondary pre-heating units, substitution into potassium ions is performed in a potassium nitrate solution of a chemical strengthening unit, and then cooling is performed through primary and secondary slow cooling processes in primary and secondary slow cooling units. Also, cleaning using fine air bubbles is performed by a cleaning unit in a state where glass stability is ensured. In manufacturing the strengthened glass by adding compression stress to a glass surface, the manufacturing process time can be minimized and the yield can be significantly improved. In addition, the error rate can be reduced, and all types of plate glass such as a thick plate and a thin plate can be manufactured into chemically strengthened glass regardless of the size of the plate glass.
