WAGE EARNER PLANS UNDER CHAPTER XIII OF THE BANKRUPTCY ACT

Willson Hurt, co-author of this Manual, died April 13, 1963. His last professional act was the correction of the final draft of the manuscript. Professor Hurt was a scholarly, capable, kindly, friendly man. He made significant contributions to the fields of law among them creditors' rights in which he specialized. He will be missed by all who knew him and by many who did not have that fortune.
