A unified parameter set designed for typical 2D/3D simulations of homo-/hetero-/single-/multi-junction solar cells in various simulation programs

To tap onto the increasing predictive power, researchers are required to spend considerable time and efforts to master a variety of solar cell simulation programs. Here we present a unified parameter set for various simulation programs. Despite its simplicity, it allows users to model homo-/hetero-/single-/multi-junction solar cells in 2D/3D. Typical simulations, including multiple splits, can be carried-out easily with only minimum users' input. By applying this set of parameters to any simulation programs (for example, Sentaurus), we offer researchers powerful modelling capability without even learning sophisticated programs, leading to significant productivity improvement.
