The invention relates to a fastening structure with an unhooking prevention function, which is used for connecting an upper shell and a lower shell. The invention comprises a fastener, a clamping piece and a convex block, wherein, the fastener is arranged on the upper shell; a fastening hook is arranged on one side face of the fastener, and a pressing part is arranged on the other side face whichis opposite to the side face; the clamping piece is arranged on the surface of the lower shell and provided with a fastening groove which is fastened with the fastening hook; the convex block is arranged on a position of the lower shell corresponding to the pressing part. When the upper shell and the lower shell are deformed under stress, the convex block is deformed following the lower shell andthen deviated, and the pressing part is pushed by deviation, and then the fastening hook is deviated towards the fastening groove, thereby a relative position of the fastening hook and the fastening groove is maintained, and the unhooking problem of the fastening hook and the fastening groove when the prior upper shell and the prior lower shell are deformed under stress is solved.
