Silk fibers prepared using the method of fluorescence soluble small organic molecules

2016
Silk fibers prepared utilizing fluorescent soluble small organic molecules method, a water-soluble fluorescent small molecule -2H- 3,5-dihydro-5-oxo-thiazolo [3,2-a] pyridine-7-carboxylic acid (the TPCA ) or 5-oxo-3,5-dihydro -2H- thiazolo [3,2-a] pyridine-3,7-dicarboxylic acid (TPDCA) of fluorescent sources, the degummed silk fiber, immersed in an aqueous solution of fluorescent sources at room temperature and 85 ℃ temperature, pH adjusting system, may occur in conjunction with the adsorbed molecules of silk fibroin, and finally through didodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DDTAC) fixation effect, and the fibroin TPCA fixed binding protein macromolecular chains, a preparation of a non-toxic, good biocompatibility small molecule organic fluorescent silk fibers.
