Analysis of Sensitive Factors Affecting Pre-stack Simultaneous Inversion

It is effective to discriminate lithology and fluids using rock properties inverted by pre-stack simultaneous inversion. We try to determine what the key factors for a successful pre-stack inversion are. Sensitivity tests are performed on 2D Marmousi2 dataset and 3D marine dataset. The sensitivity tests show the pre-stack AVA inversion is very sensitive to SNR of gathers, residual moveout, seismic wavelet and initial low-frequency model. We present some methods to alleviate these influences and improve the reliability of pre-stack AVA inversion.
