ОЦЕНКА ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ КЛЕТОЧНОГО ИММУНИТЕТА НА ФОНЕ КОМПЛЕКСНОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ У БОЛЬНЫХ СО ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫМИ ОПУХОЛЯМИ УРОВНЯ КРАНИОВЕРТЕБРАЛЬНОГО ПЕРЕХОДА И ВЕРХНЕШЕЙНОГО ОТДЕЛА ПОЗВОНОЧНИКА

The purpose of this study was to determine parameters of cellular immunity in patients with malignant tumors of the upper cervical spine and craniovertebral junction level. The object of the study were 22 patients with malignant tumors of the craniovertebral junction and upper cervical spine. To assess the function of the immune system have applied the methods of population and subpopulation immunophenotyping of peripheral blood lymphocytes accessories. Shown that the use of funds for the correction of cell immunity results in signifi cant increase in T(CD3 +) – lymphocytes and Т(CD3 + CD8 +) – killers.
