Analysis of Valve Core Angle for One-way Poppet Valve in Reciprocating Oil-gas Multiphase Pump Outlet

To study the influence of valve core angle on multiphase flow properties of one-way poppet valve in reciprocating oil-gas multiphase pump outlet,the Computational Fluid Dynamics method is adopted to simulate and analyze the internal flow field.The simulations of different valve core angles are carried out at different gas-liquid ratios depending on software Fluent.The relationships between valve core angle and discharge coefficient,steady-state flow power,phase distribution are obtained.The results show that in the same valve core angle,gas-liquid ratio influence on discharge coefficient can be ignored.And considering the impact of various aspects of the flow properties,valve core angle take 90° will have better effect.
