The systemic hemodynamics of waking and anesthetized male cats during noradrenaline infusion

: Dynamics of arterial pressure and its hemodynamic components were shoen to dramatically differ in corscious and anesthetised animals. The data obtained suggest that corscious male cats, along with a baroreflex mechanism of resistance against involvement of the heart into the pressor response, have another mechanism acting in deficiency of baroreflex effects.
