High-pressure common-rail fuel injector

2011
The utility model relates to a high-pressure common-rail fuel injector. The high-pressure common-rail fuel injector is used for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine and is particularly applicable to a high-pressure common-rail fuel system. A valve 11 is arranged between a fuel inject nozzle 19 and a control valve 7. According to the function integrated design, the valve has a fluid control function and also has a fuel injection nozzle needle valve lift control function, so that the structure of the fuel injector is simplified, high-pressure sealing surfaces are reduced, and the processing and manufacturing costs of the fuel injector are effectively reduced. The high-pressure common-rail fuel injector can completely avoid redesign of the fuel injection nozzle 19 of the conventional piezoelectric fuel injector and can realize the performance of the piezoelectric fuel injector by selecting the conventional fuel injection nozzle product.
