Lyme borreliosis is a multisystem infectious disease caused by a tick-transmitted spirochete, Borrelia burgdorferi.We describe two cases of unusual cutaneous manifestations of late Lyme borreliosis.A 64-year-old female patient presented with a history of multiple lesions of anetoderma which had developed within the past 9 months.
