Two Phase Percolation Characteristics of Oil and Gas in Abnormal Percolation Reservoirs

2004
In abnormal percolation reservoirs, often because of abnormal fluid property, or abnormal porous medium or variation taking place in flowing status, fluid percolation without being consistant with the rules of Darcy's flow is caused. Through an experimental test, a method for studying 2 phase percolation property of oil and gas in abnormal percolation reservoirs is established, and the related permeability curves of oil and gas are tested. The variation rules of dimensionless fluid (oil) producing index and calculated predicting curves are used to study the 2 phase percolation properties in the abnormal percolation reservoirs.
