The invention provides a supersonic-velocity wind tunnel. The supersonic-velocity wind tunnel comprises a supersonic-velocity wind tunnel body, an incident light generation device and optical observation equipment. The supersonic-velocity wind tunnel body comprises a test section and an installing cabin, wherein the installing cabin is arranged on the downstream of the test section, can ensure free pass of supersonic-velocity flow fields and is used for installing optical equipment. The incident light generation device is used for forming incident light lighting a flow field region in the test section. The optical observation equipment is used for observing the supersonic-velocity flow fields in the flow field region in the test section and is installed outside the test section and/or inside the installing cabin. The installing cabin is arranged on the downstream of the test section, the incident light generated by the incident light generation device lights the interior of the test section, the optical observation equipment is alternatively installed outside the test section or inside the installing cabin according to the position of the incident light formed in the test section, and accordingly the supersonic-velocity flow fields in the flow field region in the test section can be conveniently observed. Multi-angle observation and three-dimensional imaging can be carried out on the supersonic-velocity flow fields in the test section.
