Анализ осложнений после видеоэндоскопических методов иссечения простых кист почек

2011
To provide analysis of complications of 160 videoendoscopic operations in patients with simple renal cysts. There were 78 men (48.7%) and 82 women (51.3%). The patients' age ranged from 22 to 78 years (mean age was 49). Laparoscopic access procedures were performed in 88 (55.0%) patients and retroperitoneoscopic in 72 (45.0%). Complications from endotracheal anaesthesia and the introduction of trocars were not observed. Following a laparoscopic operation, an opening of pelvis was observed in 1 patient, perirenal hematoma in 2, inflammatory complications in 6. After retroperitoneoscopic operations 1 patient had perirenal hematoma, 1 pneumothorax, and 1 inflammatory complications. All complications were managed without conversion. Only in one patient with a 26 cm cyst size during the implementation phase in the combined access (retroperitoneoscopic and laparoscopic), due to a large cyst size and intimate ingrowing with the intestine and loss of conventional anatomic landmarks, conversion procedure was conducted. The analysis shows that there have been no severe complications recorded during the videoendoscopic surgeries.
